As Vice President & West Regional Officer at Churchill Stateside Group (CSG), Aniko Rakita is responsible for debt and equity origination for both affordable and market rate properties. Aniko brings diverse real estate experience ranging from underwriting to origination and development. She comes to CSG from Neighborhood Builders Community Development Corporation in Dallas where she served as Director of Real Estate Development. Prior to that, Aniko worked as a Customer Account Manager at the Dallas Fannie Mae office in the conventional multifamily division, and at JPMorgan Chase Bank in Dallas as VP, Community Development Real Estate Banker.
