Bob Moss

As Principal and National Director of Governmental Affairs, Bob Moss leads CohnReznick’s federal and state government relations efforts with a focus on the affordable housing industry. Bob has 30 years of affordable, multifamily housing experience including syndication, preservation and development. He is the Chairman of the non-partisan Housing Advisory Group, which is active in preserving the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program in Congress and served as the Federal Legislative Subcommittee Chair for the Housing Credit Group of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Bob authored the first emergency housing credit paper for Governor Jeb Bush which later became the basis for disaster credits, and founded the working group for Veterans Housing with the National Housing Conference. In 2015, Bob was inducted into the National Affordable Housing Hall of Fame by Affordable Housing Finance magazine.
