Raise the Roof

Lance Windel is the manager of LW Development, a residential development company. He also operates a general contracting company and residential home building company. All three companies are based in Ardmore.  Lance has served as developer and contractor on more than 20 projects, rental and for sale, using both open market and subsidized financing.  He has completed nine Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments, consisting of 250+ units total, and he currently has two LIHTC developments under construction.
