Sammy Ehtisham has worked for Midwest Housing Equity Group (MHEG) for the past nine years and serves as Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions. In that time, he has secured investments totaling $225 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments in Oklahoma and Arkansas. These developments total nearly 1,500 units of affordable housing and include apartments, duplexes, and single family homes for families, seniors, and disabled households. Sammy also oversees initial underwriting for all deals in MHEG’s 10 state footprint.
