OHFA recently welcomed four staff members in new roles for its housing development programs.

Danette Carr
Allocations Supervisor

Danette has been with OHFA since 2002, serving most recently as a Housing Development Allocation Specialist. She holds a degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University. Prior to coming to OHFA, she worked in banking and property management.

Sandra McGougan
Compliance Supervisor
Sandra brings 23 years of affordable housing experience to her new role, including 17 at OHFA. She has worked with the following programs: Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Affordable Housing Disposition Program, Housing Trust Fund, National Housing Trust Find, Multi Family Bonds and Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS. Sandra graduated with honors from Southern Nazarene University with a degree in Organizational Leadership.

Corey Bornemann
Housing Development Allocation Specialist
Corey joined the OHFA staff this March after a brief stint as a temporary employee. He is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with minors in both Real Estate and Business Administration.

Ashton Walling
Housing Development Allocation Specialist
Ashton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate minor this past May. She is currently working toward a Master of Business Administration from UCO.  Ashton joined the OHFA staff in September.
