OHFA is accepting financing applications for a new Workforce Housing Pilot Program (WHPP). This program will provide financing for the production of workforce housing in Oklahoma & Tulsa counties, with additional points for housing developments in their central business districts. Workforce housing assists households with incomes between 60% & 120% of the county Area Median Income. Up to $4 million each will be available in Oklahoma and Tulsa Counties, with only one application of at least $2 million funded in each county. Funds will be made available through 90% LTV collateralized, recourse loans at 2% interest, 10 year term, & 30-year amortization.
